Yum E

A new potato dish I found...Hasselback potatoes.... you peel half of the potato and make little slices about 3/4 of the way into the potato. Rub on some oil, then season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes in a 475 degree convection oven. They were GOOD! I made some yogurt sourcream sauce to put on top.


Served up with the steak and sauce. (I ran the cow around the barn like 20 times...it was over done! I was so mad at myself! I ruined a perfect steak!)
