PIZZA

Yesterday, Leah got to make pizza!!!  She helped Ma (aka Grandma) make the crust from scratch.  She dumped in the flours, sugar, yeast, salt, oil and water.  Then she stirred it all up and kneaded it then pressed the dough into the pan.  Next she spread the sauce and helped to put all of the seasonings on it.  Finally she put the pepperoni and cheese on top.  (WOW, she got more of pizza making lesson then I've ever had from Ma!)

So now my little gal can make spaghetti sauce, pizza, soup and salad.  Leah can grow and pick herbs, chop herbs and onions and garlic.  She can open eggs with an assistant.  And she can go into the grocery store and tell you exactly what we're placing in our cart to buy and take home.  Sounds like she's ready to go to culinary school!  Chef Leah sounds good to me!
