Last night Darlene and I finished our cake class. It was quite fun taking the class with her. Paul took the cake to work today for his coworkers to enjoy. It's chocolate with raspberry jam between the layers. I hope they enjoy it!

Why didn't George get the cake since it's PINK...that is the color he thinks all cakes should be! It is VERY PRETTY -- you did good! You keep practicing and you'll be going into business!
