WOW! Leah is 18 months old as of Sunday. Hard to believe but it's true! She's quite a mess now walking and talking all of the time. She woke up this morning and pulled off her socks, held them up and said 'socks'. So, socks is the new word for the day! It seems like she's learning a new word everyday now. Yesterday we had her 18 month check up and her new stats are
22lbs 3oz 25% percentile
30 1/2 inches tall 10% percentile
19 1/2 inches around her head 95% percentile
We saw Dr Mutch instead of Dr Stephanie (the office changed our appointment but oh well) and he was very complimentary of Leah. She is doing fine and is a perfectly healthy well developed 18 month old. Leah had 3 shots and cried for maybe 2 minutes. Quite frankly she cried more about the cold stethoscope than she did about her shots. The next check up isn't until she's 2...WOW! A frequent event of her life is slowing way down. But that's what happens when you grow up!
Leah's new favorite game is soccer...well sort of...On Saturday she played soccer with Madison and Mya and loved going after the ball. Now Leah stands by the front door with her soccer ball and says 'outside' at least 4 times a day now. So these are pictures of Leah playing her new favorite game on her 18 month birthday. Hope you enjoy them!
"Daddy only goalies get to use their hands!"

So fast the picture is blurry...or maybe just lack of photography skill!
Half time with Mommy.
