On our trip to Baltimore we visited the National Aquarium. Every summer The Martin's have a little summer trip. Usually we go to an amusement park but this year we switched it up. Initially we were hesitant to go Sunday morning because of the derecho's destruction (derecho is the technical name for the windstorm we had Friday). However after calling and making sure the hotel and the aquarium were open we decided to take our trip. I can tell you I've never packed so quickly in my life!
One of the exhibits was about jelly fish. The jelly fish are very beautiful however after learning about them it's eerie how their population has exploded because of over fishing and the environment.
